In-Person Certificate Programs
Fundamentals of Property Management and Operations Certificate
Offered by The Center for Real Estate Excellence, the Fundamentals of Property Management and Operations Certificate course provides an overview of the real estate industry along with a targeted review of topics including finance, accounting, building systems, and property infrastructure. The course is offered through two half days of instruction by experienced CRE professionals.
This certificate program is designed specifically for early-career professionals.

About the Certificates
Certificates earned through The Center for Real Estate Excellence are essential building blocks for a successful career in commercial real estate career. To earn a certificate, all courses in that certificate program must be completed, including passing an online quiz for each of the program’s courses with a minimum 80% score. Quizzes may be retaken, with no additional fee, until a passing score is achieved.
